- •Minimum 8 years progressive sales experience
- •Experience in medical devices or healthcare
- •Track record of exceeding sales targets
- •Leadership and multi-site team management skills
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- •Experience managing Sales P&L responsibilities
- •Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and Power BI
- •Experience designing SOPs and sales processes
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Willingness to travel within DACH region
