Senior Account Manager – Diagnostics Sales(m/w/x)
Sales of diagnostic assays and instruments for blood cancers and immune system disorders to laboratory physicians and scientists. 3+ years of IVD sales experience required. Sales strategies using Salesforce CRM, project leadership in matrix organization.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 2+ years of clinical laboratory experience
- 3+ years of IVD sales experience
- Proven success in achieving sales targets
- Experience leading projects in a matrix organization
- Familiarity with immunoassay analyzer technology
- Understanding of analytical and clinical performance evaluation principles for IVD devices
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with collaborators
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills
- Ability to identify and promote quality improvements
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suites
- Leadership characteristics: Drives Growth, Customer Focus, Financial/Business Insight, One Team Approach, Change Leader, Talent Builder, Executive Presence
- Full clean driving licence
- Valid passport required
- Ability and flexibility to travel 75% each week
Aufgaben
- Establish and maintain relationships with laboratory physicians and scientists
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients
- Achieve and exceed revenue growth targets
- Develop and lead sales strategies using Salesforce
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate with field counterparts to manage contracts
- Identify and resolve problems affecting business growth
- Stay informed on laboratory and clinical advancements
- Collaborate with internal departments for alignment
- Adapt approaches to manage competing demands
- Contribute to strategy development within the German Sales Team
- Drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Build strategic relationships with decision makers
- Partner with local colleges to expand business opportunities
- Engage key stakeholders in complex organizations
- Provide accurate sales forecasting
- Drive reagent utilization on Optilite accounts
- Capture and relay the Voice of the Customer for product improvement
