- International/Global business awareness and cultural sensitivity
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, stakeholder tailoring
- Demonstrated leadership and self-starting attitude
- Good judgment, problem solving, analytical, decision-making skills
- Ability to partner, consult, and influence decision-making
- Effective project and resource management, prioritization
- Excellent written and oral communication in German and English
Aufgaben
- Design and deliver global and regional rewards programs
- Identify innovative C&B best practices
- Propose new C&B program designs or changes
- Manage regional or global C&B projects
- Act as a C&B subject matter expert
- Analyze market positioning of jobs
- Recommend salary structures
- Ensure fair pay analytics and reporting
- Communicate global rewards philosophy to HR and TA partners
- Train HR and TA partners on rewards programs and policies
- Ensure compliance with C&B policies and guidelines
