- Ability to design, implement, and scale processes
- Adaptable to fast-moving environment
- Very good English language skills
- German language skills are a plus
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Proactive mindset
- Comfortable in scaleup culture
- Certifications in global mobility are a plus
Aufgaben
- Design and implement global mobility strategy
- Tailor processes and policies to company growth and culture
- Manage legal, tax, and social security requirements
- Work with relocation agencies, tax advisors, lawyers, and visa specialists
- Provide end-to-end support for employee moves
- Act as main point of contact for mobility requests
- Implement and optimize mobility software workflex
- Integrate mobility software with travel booking and HRIS
- Track costs, timelines, and success metrics
- Continuously refine mobility processes
