  • Lead a team of Account Executives focused on strategic Manufacturing Enterprise customers
  • Drive enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance customer engagement with technology
  • Recruit, inspire, and retain top-tier sales talent
  • Provide mentorship to team members on value-based selling and career progression
  • Foster an inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives
  • Implement rigorous sales methodologies with emotional intelligence
  • Ensure transparency in communications with customers and stakeholders
  • Promote ethical competition based on solution merit
  • Take ownership of team actions and ensure compliance with ethical standards
  • Cultivate a dynamic team culture that empowers success
  • Develop and implement the Go-To-Market strategy for the territory

  • Identify competency gaps and coach Account Executives on closing strategies
