- Drive enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance customer engagement with technology
- Recruit, inspire, and retain top-tier sales talent
- Provide mentorship to team members on value-based selling and career progression

- Implement rigorous sales methodologies with emotional intelligence
- Ensure transparency in communications with customers and stakeholders

- Develop and implement the Go-To-Market strategy for the territory
- Lead high-level client meetings to support Account Executives
- Conduct weekly revenue forecast meetings and report on sales activity
- Identify competency gaps and coach Account Executives on closing strategies
- Manage the full talent lifecycle, including recruiting and training
- Monitor and refine sales activities to improve efficiency and win rates
