Anforderungen
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field strongly preferred
- Minimum two years recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in corporate, RPO or agency setting
- Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition

- Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders
- Determine position specifications
- Provide market data and search recommendations
- Review applicant resumes in the ATS
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements
- Develop recruitment marketing and sourcing plans
- Source candidates using resume databases and Boolean search
- Source candidates via search engines and networking sites
- Solicit referrals from business networks and internal sources
- Utilize proprietary software for talent community campaigns
- Connect with talent communities via phone, email, and social media
- Articulate job value proposition to candidates
- Prepare candidates for interviews
- Provide candidates with timely application status updates
- Draft and utilize phone interview templates
- Compare candidate interview notes with position requirements
- Determine candidate match for roles or other open positions
- Issue and evaluate skills testing results
- Review background and reference information
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details
- Use market data and compensation guidelines for offers
- Articulate job offers to candidates
- Negotiate counter-offers as appropriate
- Adhere strictly to all regulations and compliance standards
- Build talent pipelines for multiple qualified candidates
- Provide accurate reporting of recruiting activities
- Identify and research search difficulties
- Recommend solutions to stakeholders
- Communicate search status to hiring leaders
- Provide consultative recommendations on search progression
