Anforderungen
- German language required
- Experience recruiting in advanced manufacturing
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR or related field strongly preferred
- Minimum two years recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in corporate, RPO or agency setting
- Experience using recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of common HR principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition

- Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders
- Provide market data and recommendations
- Review candidates in the ATS
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against requirements
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans
- Source candidates using Boolean search
- Solicit referrals from business and internal networks
- Utilize Cielo’s software for mobile and email campaigns
- Engage candidates through various media
- Articulate the value proposition to interested candidates
- Prepare candidates for interviews
- Provide timely updates to candidates
- Draft and use phone interview templates
- Compare candidate notes and skills with requirements
- Issue and evaluate skills tests
- Review background and reference information
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details
- Articulate and negotiate job offers
- Adhere to all regulatory standards
- Deliver a strong candidate slate
- Build and maintain talent pipelines
- Report recruiting activities to leaders
- Identify and solve search difficulties
- Communicate search status to hiring leaders
- Provide consultative recommendations
