- Ability to read technical drawings
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Advanced Excel skills, including formula and VBA
- Audit process knowledge (plus)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001
- Experience in aviation and knowledge of EN9100, IPC-A-610, ESD standards (plus)
- Good English and German language skills

Aufgaben
- Inspect parts from suppliers
- Inspect assembled parts for production
- Inspect composite bodies
- Inspect reworked and repaired parts
- Inspect final products
- Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) before production start
- Provide feedback to update inspection checklists
- Update Quality Standard Book with non-conformities
- Analyze non-conforming parts using 8D reports
- Provide continuous quality statistics and KPIs
- Present Quality Scorecards and analysis in weekly meetings
- Maintain organized Quality documentation
