Anforderungen
- Minimum 5 years QMS experience in regulated industries (aviation/aerospace)
- Developing, implementing, maintaining QMS (EN9100, ISO 9001)
- Knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks (FAA, EASA, JCAB, ANAC)
- Certification process management and audit preparation experience
- Process analysis, documentation structuring, cross-functional alignment
- Excellent technical English for quality manuals
- Experience with Document Management Systems (SharePoint or equivalent)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of EN9100 training/competence management (plus)
- German language skills desired
- Structured and analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical solutions
- Strong ownership, accountability, and quality awareness
- Proactive, hands-on attitude for independent improvement
- Genuine interest in aviation technology and regulations
Aufgaben
- Evolve QMS to meet EN9100, ISO 9001, and global aviation authority requirements
- Update Quality Manual for consistency and audit-readiness
- Create and maintain cross-reference maps for multiple regulatory contexts
- Test QMS robustness and compliance across certification schemes
- Identify and address deviations from QMS and EN9100 requirements
- Lead internal audits and prepare for external audits and certifications
- Manage EN9100 certification process, coordinating with external consultants
- Maintain Document Management System for structure and accessibility
- Support teams in understanding and implementing QMS requirements
- Develop and deliver QMS and EN9100 training sessions
