Aufgaben
- Lead a team of ten production and manufacturing engineers
- Allocate tasks and ensure team goal achievement
- Analyze and optimize production flow across all stages
- Reduce production effort and improve workplace ergonomics
- Resolve complex production issues and identify unsafe practices
- Lower costs and minimize material usage
- Implement standardization and develop industrialization equipment
- Design specialized tools and manufacturing jigs
- Coordinate simultaneous engineering across various departments
- Manage work instructions and production documentation
- Perform comprehensive process validation
- Support production and quality teams to ensure product excellence
- Maintain safe and efficient manufacturing processes
- Document and report production-related problems
