- Set team priorities and assign tasks
- Review and sign off on deliverables
- Mentor and train team members
- Drive continuous team improvement
- Plan and develop team capacities and skills
- Align team capabilities with project objectives
- Scout and evaluate new technologies
- Drive future design solutions
- Establish lean processes, methods, and tools
- Integrate CAD and PLM systems
- Define mechanical architecture
- Define optimal product structure
- Ensure design compliance with all requirements
- Compile related documentation
- Support daily Mechanical Engineering operations
