- Develop and drive strategy for assigned accounts
- Meet or exceed sales revenue targets
- Process quotes and forecasts promptly
- Engage in forecast management to optimize factory loadings
- Collaborate with Technical Sales and Product Line teams to identify opportunities
- Create business proposals in response to RFI/RFQs
- Negotiate business agreements at the executive level
- Build strong relationships with client leaders
- Establish KPIs to measure customer management performance
