Aufgaben

  • Lead and develop a regional automotive sales team
  • Manage a team of approximately five employees
  • Drive the regional sales strategy in alignment with business priorities
  • Own and lead one major strategic account
  • Provide clear structure and prioritization for team responsibilities
  • Ensure accountability across the team’s customer responsibilities
  • Drive execution discipline and cross-functional alignment
  • Promote efficient ways of working using AI
  • Coach and develop the regional sales team
  • Define and execute the regional sales strategy
  • Lead the overall Tier 1 account setup
  • Guide team members on Tier 1 customer responsibilities
  • Drive customer engagement and account development
  • Manage critical customer topics and negotiations
  • Work closely with Sales, FAEs, Business Units, and Operations
  • Support customer success through cross-functional collaboration
  • Contribute to account planning and regional prioritization
  • Track resource alignment and execution
  • Build team capability and people-management depth
  • Encourage the use of AI and digital tools
  • Translate AI opportunities into practical use cases
