- Experience with Enterprise Military Housing (eMH)
- Strong background in Family and Unaccompanied Military Housing
- Knowledge of DoW housing requirements and industry software
- Ability to sit for extended periods at a computer
- Ability to stand for extended periods during travel/training
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
Aufgaben
- Provide day-to-day operational support to military housing professionals
- Assist installation housing managers with daily operations
- Offer support to regional housing leadership
- Maintain continuity of support across global teams
- Deliver responsive assistance for eMH platform users
- Provide support for associated public-facing tools
- Support military housing business areas
- Perform on-site support visits to military housing offices
- Conduct remote training sessions
- Conduct in-person training sessions
- Serve as a regional operational support resource for the eMH system
- Answer user emails and calls
- Provide timely support during European business hours
- Coordinate support tickets
- Assist with issue resolution for system matters
- Assist with issue resolution for process matters
- Assist with issue resolution for user-access matters
- Work independently on routine issues
- Escalate complex issues through Support Office leadership
- Provide remote support for eMH users
- Maintain continuity with global teams across regions and time zones
- Conduct scheduled on-site support visits for user engagement
- Conduct scheduled on-site support visits for troubleshooting
- Conduct scheduled on-site support visits for operational assistance
- Deliver standardized training to users
- Deliver tailored troubleshooting and coaching to users
- Create training reports
- Provide related support documentation for training events
- Support user account activation
- Validate user access requests
- Troubleshoot user login and access issues
- Coordinate user account approvals
- Respond to user questions during system outages
- Respond to user questions during service disruptions
- Support daily operations across eMH functional areas
- Support daily operations for associated public-facing tools
- Support daily operations for associated workflows
- Provide responsive support for leadership requests related to operational activities
