Anforderungen

  • Kubernetes platform mastery and operations
  • CKA, CKAD, or CKS certification (strong plus)
  • Expert-level OpenStack knowledge
  • Multi-cloud environments with advanced container orchestration
  • Multi-cluster federation
  • DevOps or infrastructure roles experience
  • Design, operate, and evolve Kubernetes platforms at scale
  • Lead teams and drive infrastructure initiatives
  • Cloud platforms mastery (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Advanced Kubernetes management (multi-cluster, scaling, monitoring)
  • Infrastructure as Code tools experience
  • Design end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency in Go, Python, or Bash scripting
  • Building complex automation workflows
  • Diagnose and resolve complex distributed system issues
  • Metrics and tracing tools usage (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
  • Performance tuning
  • Incident response
  • Automating operational resilience
  • Leading cross-functional teams
  • Mentoring junior engineers
  • Driving organizational adoption of best practices
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Design and solution of challenging technical problems
  • German language fluency (written and spoken)
  • English language fluency (written and spoken)
  • Eligibility for security clearance under German law (depending on project)

Aufgaben

  • Validate SCI delivery in sovereign and private cloud environments
  • Ensure hyperscaler-grade capabilities in restricted setups
  • Identify and close automation gaps and deployment inconsistencies
  • Collaborate with SCI development teams to improve infrastructure
  • Work with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Concours for deployment validation
  • Validate container orchestration, networking, and storage solutions
  • Ensure robust and error-tolerant automation and deployment procedures
  • Enable efficient and scalable SAP Cloud Infrastructure operations
  • Contribute to quality, robustness, and operability of SCI
  • Support European organizations in maintaining data sovereignty
