- Act as the primary technical owner for customer private cloud landscapes
- Serve as a strategic advisor for customer private cloud landscapes
- Drive stability and optimization of customer private cloud landscapes
- Contribute to architectural improvements for customer private cloud landscapes
- Drive proactive risk management for cloud operations
- Provide architectural guidance for cloud operations
- Oversee end-to-end technical governance for cloud operations
- Empower customers to achieve secure, reliable, and scalable cloud operations
- Deliver fixed-scope, proactive, and outcome-based services across the SAP software stack
- Support client lifecycle management
- Provide strategic cloud architecture leadership
- Provide technical governance leadership
- Define roadmaps, standards, and best practices
- Optimize landscapes and align with business objectives
- Ensure long-term sustainability of landscapes
- Lead key landscape lifecycle activities and transformation initiatives
- Lead upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery testing
- Lead major changes and adoption of SAP S/4HANA, Clean Core principles, and cloud capabilities
- Proactively identify and manage risks and critical issues
- Manage escalations and drive preventive actions
- Coordinate timely resolution of issues through engagement with customers and internal teams
- Drive automation and operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement for reliable operations
- Ensure measurable business outcomes and value realization from cloud investments
