Anforderungen
- Student at university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred study fields: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance, or comparable
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience with SharePoint
- Knowledge of SAP tools (BW, Fieldglass, Ariba) is an advantage
- Good written and spoken English

Aufgaben
- Create and maintain monthly financial and cloud cost reports, and consolidated cost overviews for customer accounts.
- Support staffing administration and external worker management.
- Handle equipment ordering for new team members and manage user account administration.
- Support internal team communications, including new joiner announcements, quarterly newsletters, and event invitation emails.
- Assist with SharePoint site maintenance, user-permission management, and internal blog posts.
