- Manage databases and input information, data, and records
- Organize and maintain conference, training, and meeting rooms
- Update company calendars
- Attend company functions and networking events
- Shadow office positions and train in various tasks
- Engage in maintenance of a landing page and enablement platform
- Participate in the set-up and coordination of global enablement initiatives
- Prepare information, research, and materials for commercial finance/deal support
- Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
