Anforderungen
- Student status at university or applied sciences
- Bachelor or Master student in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or International Management

Aufgaben
- Support global portfolio management of SAP events and conferences
- Assist in planning and coordinating flagship events
- Track event timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Prepare presentations and status reports for leadership meetings
- Contribute to portfolio overviews and prioritization activities
- Document multiple parallel event initiatives
- Enable successful execution of SAP’s key global conferences
- Ensure transparency and alignment across event initiatives
- Support data-driven decision-making through event performance reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and partners
- Work in a fast-paced, international, and collaborative environment
- Gain hands-on experience in strategic event planning
- Develop skills in structured communication and project coordination
- Learn about large-scale global event design and execution
- Support SAP’s most important innovation conferences
- Present SAP demo experiences to internal and external audiences
- Contribute to the development of new use cases for SAP technology
- Support customer engagements and meeting experiences
- Shape impactful customer journeys and innovation showcases
