Aufgaben
- Manage day-to-day laboratory operations
- Maintain dedicated instrumentation
- Plan laboratory resources in collaboration with the Principal Investigator
- Document laboratory resources, inventories, and experimental protocols
- Coordinate interventions with technical, maintenance, and safety services
- Act as the primary laboratory contact during operational or emergency situations
- Provide technical training and guidance to trainees, PhD fellows, and postdoctoral researchers
- Provide technical training and guidance to collaborators
- Develop new experimental approaches for reproducible research
- Implement new experimental approaches for high-quality research
- Facilitate collaborative activities with academic partners
- Support collaborative activities with industry partners
- Oversee planning and organisation of key Group activities
- Organise Group retreats to support an effective and collaborative Group culture
- Contribute to the Group’s training activities as a tutor
- Contribute to EMBL’s training activities as a tutor
- Contribute to the Group’s courses as a tutor
- Contribute to EMBL’s courses as a tutor
