- Act as the first point of contact for EIPP-related concerns
- Manage contract administration
- Monitor academic requirements
- Assist with university registration
- Maintain online platforms for PhD recruitment and student management
- Promote the PhD programme and recruitments
- Manage social media campaigns
- Update website and brochure content
- Prepare statistics
- Prepare Graduate Committee meeting minutes
- Foster communication with EIPP internal stakeholders
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders
- Work on projects to advance the EIPP programme
- Organize trainings and events for the EIPP
