Key Account Manager, Biosimilars(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
- Proficiency in German and English
- 1-3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales in the hospital, preferably with biosimilars or specialty care
- Experience in biosimilars or therapy areas such as Rare Disease, Haematology, Nephrology, Immunology, Oncology, Endocrinology, Orthopaedics, or Rheumatology
- Knowledge of healthcare systems at national and local levels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Engage with key stakeholders in healthcare systems
- Outperform competition to develop new markets
- Develop and execute a regional access and sales strategy
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and prescribers

- Educate audiences on the value of the biosimilar product portfolio
- Identify access barriers and create tailored solutions
- Utilize CRM and planning tools to track progress
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy
- Lead local market access initiatives
- Support internal teams with training and market insights
