Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
- •Hospital Nurse or Perfusionist background welcome
- •Experience in pharmaceutical or medtech access
- •Cardiology and operating room pharmaceutical experience
- •Existing network of cardiac surgeons
- •Fluency in German and good English
- •Understanding of national and local healthcare systems
- •Ability to open markets and drive strategies

- •Expand the company's footprint in the cardioplegia market
- •Drive the customer journey in hospitals performing open-heart surgeries
- •Manage all customer activities across Bavaria or Baden-Württemberg
- •Engage with key stakeholders and navigate complex healthcare systems
- •Establish and expand relationships with key and secondary accounts
- •Develop and execute a regional access and sales strategy
- •Maintain strong ties with prescribers and healthcare decision-makers
- •Prioritize target customers through CRM and record analysis
- •Implement territory business plans to ensure pharmacy product availability
- •Facilitate the integration of novel treatments into clinical practice
- •Educate stakeholders on the product portfolio's value proposition
- •Identify access barriers and develop tailored market entry solutions
- •Lead local market access initiatives and provide internal training
- •Coordinate with the Market Access team on price negotiations
