Key Account Manager, Biosimilars (Business Access Manager)(m/w/x)
Regional sales strategy for biosimilar product portfolio with healthcare decision-makers. 1-3 years pharma sales experience in hospital setting, biosimilars or specialty care preferred. Regional travel expected.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
- Proficiency in German and English
- 1-3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales in the hospital, preferably with biosimilars or specialty care
- Experience in biosimilars or therapy areas such as Rare Disease, Haematology, Nephrology, Immunology, Oncology, Endocrinology, Orthopaedics, or Rheumatology
- Knowledge of healthcare systems at national and local levels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute a regional access and sales strategy
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and healthcare decision-makers
- Identify target customers by analyzing customer records
- Create a territory business plan
- Educate audiences on the value of the biosimilar product portfolio
- Identify access barriers and create tailored solutions
- Utilize CRM tools to track progress and optimize outreach
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy
- Lead local market access initiatives and support internal teams
