- Collaborate with local country teams across Europe
- Support various projects, including process optimization and distribution deal integration
- Plan projects efficiently, defining and analyzing customer requirements
- Manage stakeholders to ensure service delivery and compliance
- Translate customer needs into internal business models
- Assist in preparing and conducting pitch presentations and negotiations
- Maintain and update the internal CRM database, including customer pipeline and feedback
