- Strong knowledge of laptop setup, Ubuntu and Microsoft operating systems
- Solid desktop expertise with Ubuntu and modern managed devices
- Good understanding of common PC peripherals and warehouse OT equipment
- Familiarity with connectivity technologies such as LAN, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth
- Good understanding of onsite IT infrastructure components
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks within a working day
- Strong ticket management and documentation skills
- Efficient time management in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluent English knowledge, German on communicative level
Aufgaben
- Provide onsite support for the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Ensure configuration updates and manage user access rights
- Monitor WMS performance and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with IT teams for troubleshooting
- Train users on the WMS and offer daily operational support
- Analyze requirements with operational teams and propose improvements
- Participate in digital and logistics transformation initiatives as a WMS expert
- Act as the main onsite IT contact for WMS-related topics
