As a Data Analyst in the warehouse, you will focus on delivering customer-centric data analysis, collaborating with internal teams, and presenting insights to stakeholders. This role involves monitoring KPIs, supporting financial reporting, and driving system efficiencies.

Anforderungen

• •Good working experience in Microsoft Office specifically Excel
• •Good knowledge of WMS
• •Experience in Warehousing/Logistics environment
• •Communication at all levels
• •Experience of presenting data analysis to internal and external stakeholders
• •Timely and accurate reporting
• •Co-ordination and communication with multiple stakeholders
• •Assistance in achieving customer Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• •Fluency in German and English in writing and speaking

Aufgaben

• •Communicate with internal clients and third parties
• •Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities using internal systems
• •Provide expertise and training in the use of the WMS
• •Implement best practice initiatives for system efficiencies
• •Lead regular and ad-hoc tasks based on project and customer needs
• •Understand and monitor customer and internal KPIs
• •Support financial reporting and capture operational volumes
• •Create analysis documentation for customer and internal use
• •Present data analysis to customers and internal stakeholders
• •Assist with clerical and operational duties as needed
• •Attend training programs relevant to the role
