- Experience in Warehousing/Logistics environment
- Communication at all levels
- Experience of presenting data analysis to internal and external stakeholders
- Timely and accurate reporting
- Co-ordination and communication with multiple stakeholders
- Assistance in achieving customer Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Fluency in German and English in writing and speaking
Aufgaben
- Communicate with internal clients and third parties
- Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities using internal systems
- Provide expertise and training in the use of the WMS
- Implement best practice initiatives for system efficiencies
- Lead regular and ad-hoc tasks based on project and customer needs
- Understand and monitor customer and internal KPIs
- Support financial reporting and capture operational volumes
- Create analysis documentation for customer and internal use
- Present data analysis to customers and internal stakeholders
- Assist with clerical and operational duties as needed
- Attend training programs relevant to the role
