- Experience in an international matrix organization with excellent stakeholder management capabilities

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
- Deep understanding of Inventory Control and its financial and operational impacts
- Strong personality; passionate, holistic view, courageous, effective in different cultural settings, impact-driven, and optimistic
- Resilient team player, goal-oriented, high commitment, ability to work under minimal supervision
- Passion for people and team development
- Fluency in German and English in writing and speaking
Aufgaben
- Monitor and report customer inventory accuracy to site leadership
- Maximize site inventory processes and system performance
- Ensure care, custody, and control of customer inventory
- Maintain accuracy between physical inventory and customer records
- Utilize information technology systems effectively
- Provide documentation to support compliance requirements
- Plan and execute proactive and reactive cycle counts
- Develop and implement procedures to prevent inventory errors
- Validate controls and systems for inventory transactions
- Apply continuous improvement initiatives for inventory accuracy
- Drive compliance and on-time completion within budget
- Design and generate reports to track inventory accuracy
- Analyze shrink compliance and variance root cause trends
- Support operational team and customers with inventory issues
- Develop resource plans and budget for equipment needs
