As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing workplace tools and enhancing self-service resources for colleagues across various locations.

Anforderungen

• •Proven track record in IT Support, Service Desk, or System Administrator role
• •Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills for macOS and Windows
• •Experience in ticket-based support environment with focus on SLA adherence and user satisfaction
• •Hands-on experience using MDM solutions for device deployment and inventory management
• •Competence in administering Google Workspace and supporting common startup tools
• •Familiarity with Jira and Confluence from an agent/admin perspective
• •Familiarity with basic office network troubleshooting
• •Strong understanding of security best practices
• •Basic ability to develop Bash/PowerShell scripts and willingness to automate
• •Excellent verbal and written English skills with ability to explain technical concepts

• •Maintain IT infrastructure across office locations
