- Own IT infrastructure from inception to maturity
- Design and manage the internal tech stack
- Oversee identity and access management (IAM)
- Manage mobile device management (MDM)
- Handle hardware lifecycle

- Provide employees with necessary tools for speed and security

- Create a seamless internal IT experience
- Build a tech-forward IT setup
- Understand existing IT processes (onboarding, access, endpoint protection)
- Evaluate and optimize the toolstack
- Consolidate existing tools
- Develop a plan for future IT build-out
- Implement core IT basics (IAM, MDM, EDR)
- Initiate SOC 2 groundwork
- Draft IT policies and procedures
- Establish SOC 2 operational controls
- Collect audit evidence
- Ensure alignment on audit readiness with Security Engineer
- Complete SOC 2 operational tasks
- Manage vendor relationships effectively
- Document the IT stack
- Prepare the IT stack for company launch
