Aufgaben
- Provide on-site and remote Level 1 and 2 support
- Troubleshoot hardware using MDM tools
- Resolve software and network connectivity issues
- Assist with application support and problem-solving
- Design automation workflows in JIRA or Workato
- Optimize chatbots and self-service tools
- Develop proactive IT solutions to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with teams to enhance onboarding and services
- Communicate technical information to all user levels
- Identify process pain points and optimize workflows
- Improve and maintain the company's SaaS environment
