- •Experience in vendor governance
- •Strong understanding of ITIL-based service management
- •Familiarity with infrastructure security operations and network technologies
- •Proven experience in service capacity planning
- •Analytical mindset
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, PRINCE2/PMP, or Azure/AWS Cloud
- •Ability to work effectively in a complex, collaborative matrix environment
- •Strong command of spoken and written English
- •Occasional travel of up to 30%
- •Valid work and residence permit for non-EU applicants
