IT Service Delivery Manager - Multi - Vendor / SIAM(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- Extensive IT background in service management, infrastructure, and end-to-end service delivery
- Experience in multi-vendor setup, ideally SIAM operating model
- Vendor governance experience (management, contract oversight, SLA/KPI tracking, performance reviews, escalation, renewals/negotiations)
- Strong ITIL-based service management/ITSM practices
- Experience supporting global IT operations
- Structured service reporting and continual service improvement
- ITIL Foundation (v3/v4) or higher certification
- PRINCE2/PMP certification
- Strong analytical mindset
- Driving service improvement initiatives
- Problem management and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Service-oriented approach
- Ability to influence internal teams, vendors, and leadership
- Experience with ITSM tooling (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Qlik)
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Familiarity with MES systems
- Ability to work in complex, collaborative matrix environment
- Experience with virtual teams in multi-cultural, diverse settings
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Mature judgement in challenging situations
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of German
- Valid work and residence permit for non-EU applicants

- Ensure reliable, business-aligned IT services
- Drive service performance in a multi-vendor environment
- Hold providers accountable to SLAs and KPIs
- Improve stability across infrastructure and business services
- Own end-to-end service performance in SIAM setup
- Manage service review cadence and performance reviews
- Handle escalation processes and follow through on actions
- Track and analyze SLAs and KPIs
- Report service performance to stakeholders and IT leadership
- Drive continual service improvement with vendors
- Conduct problem management and root cause analysis
- Translate business needs into service expectations
- Align with stakeholders on priorities and service quality
- Integrate business services into IT operations
- Support contract and commercial governance
- Ensure commitments are measurable and enforceable
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with third-party delivery
- Maintain a vendor/service risk register
- Contribute to service resilience
- Support continuity and recovery considerations
