- 5+ years Vendor Management, IT Procurement, IT Service Management experience
- Proven track record managing large, international, complex IT service providers
- Extensive knowledge of IT service delivery models
- ITIL and SIAM certifications
- Practical experience in ServiceNow
- Strong experience with governance structures, SLAs, KPIs
- Ability to challenge vendors constructively and drive outcomes
- Presence and confidence in executive interactions
- Structured, analytical, fact-based decision-maker
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, conflicts, high-stakes situations
- Clear communicator, translates complexity into actions

- Own and shape the end-to-end vendor governance model
- Act as the single point of accountability for critical IT service partners
- Own the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for strategic IT services partners
- Act as counterpart to senior vendor leadership
- Drive long-term collaboration with vendors
- Drive continuous improvement with vendors
- Define partner strategies
- Steer partner strategies
- Design the vendor governance framework
- Run the vendor governance framework
- Continuously improve the vendor governance framework
- Conduct operational reviews
- Conduct tactical reviews

- Ensure data-driven performance management
