Anforderungen
- Systems office experience in financial organization, Trading Floor environment
- Degree educated (preferably Computer Science) or similar experience
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow
- Knowledge of IT platforms (Vmware, Citrix, VDI)
- Good understanding of Networks and related protocols
- Knowledge of networks and IT security
- Strong knowledge of LSEG products (Reuters/Refinitiv) and Bloomberg Desktop applications
- Trading systems knowledge and understanding of trade flow
- Equities and FX products knowledge
- Experience with Windows server
- Trader workstation hardware knowledge
- LINUX-UNIX and VDI knowledge
- Willingness to relocate to Germany
Aufgaben
- Respond to support requests from users and project teams
- Assist users in using desktop systems and services effectively
- Diagnose and resolve low-impact problems within SLA tolerances
- Advise users on available systems, products, and services
- Handle simple user inquiries and take appropriate action
- Provide first, second, and third-line support for Treasury/front office systems
- Demonstrate, install, and commission desktop systems and upgrades
- Operate and control installed hardware and software on the trading floor
- Interface between users and service providers, including external suppliers
- Document incidents and ensure diagnostic information is provided
- Participate in IT On-Site Support Team activities
- Lead minor IT projects
- Identify and diagnose IT issues and problems
- Categorize and record reported queries
- Provide solutions to reported issues
- Monitor issues from start to resolution
- Maintain the CMDB
- Handle service requests using standard work instructions
- Contribute to daily IT infrastructure and application operations
- Create and maintain necessary documentation
- Update procedure manuals and inform team members of changes
- Support IT-related changes and projects in production
- Ensure compliance with bank and regulatory requirements
- Support local IT service people in different branches
- Apply technical and business-related information
- Understand the wider field of information systems
- Use appropriate methods, tools, and applications
- Work to required standards
- Demonstrate an analytical and systematic approach to problem solving
- Contribute to team work
- Plan, schedule, and monitor own work and others' work
