- Fluency in German and English

Aufgaben
- Provide 1st and 2nd line user support
- Assist in rolling out new hardware and software
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding
- Handle ITSM incident ticket management
- Support general network and infrastructure
- Assist with IT-led corporate initiatives
- Ensure functionality for customer demos
- Contribute to building and maintaining new infrastructure
- Collaborate with the EMEA IT team for regional support
