- Facilitate discussions and resolve employee litigations.
- Support business initiatives like product launches and acquisitions.
- Identify and develop internal talent in partnership with leadership.
- Stay updated on local best practices and propose implementations.
- Implement regional and global HR policies and processes.
- Streamline and optimize local HR offerings for growth.
- Drive cross-regional HR topics for EMEA, such as I&D.
