Anforderungen
- University degree in business administration, economics, marketing, sales management, or relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in brand building, customer and channel development, or related commercial functions
- Strong commercial skills: Category management expertise, data analytics, and ability to turn insights into actions
- Cross-functional collaboration and influencing: Ability to align and mobilize teams across functions and seniority levels
- Negotiation and stakeholder management: Proven experience leading key customer negotiations and managing strategic relationships
- Digital commerce knowledge: Ability to apply modern digital-commerce practices to drive channel performance
- Fluent in German and English

- Create joint customer business plans with Key Account Managers
- Influence internal and external stakeholders
- Secure resources for data-driven growth
- Enable data-driven growth across all channels
- Deliver revenue targets for assigned customers
- Deliver profit targets for assigned customers
- Deliver market-share targets for assigned customers
- Capture value across the German market
- Share insights across the German market
- Apply learnings across the German market
- Capture value for the business-unit team
- Share insights for the business-unit team
- Apply learnings for the business-unit team
- Prepare annual business-planning sessions
