- •Synchronize commercial calendar with revenue growth strategies
- •Enhance return on investment through portfolio optimization
- •Ensure compliance with global pricing standards and promotional guidance
- •Develop RGM capabilities across the organization
- •Integrate tools and systems for effective RGM execution
- •Conduct internal and external benchmarking to identify industry trends
- •Build and lead a high-performing, engaged team
