- Coordinate annual business planning with RGM integration
- Establish pricing strategies and price pack architecture
- Optimize promotional activities and mix management
- Shape trade investment agenda to support growth ambitions
- Synchronize commercial calendar with revenue growth strategies
- Enhance return on investment through portfolio optimization
- Ensure compliance with global pricing standards and promotional guidance
- Develop RGM capabilities across the organization
- Integrate tools and systems for effective RGM execution
- Conduct internal and external benchmarking to identify industry trends
- Build and lead a high-performing, engaged team
