Anforderungen
- •12+ years of experience in commercial roles within FMCG blue chip multinationals
- •Inspirational FMCG commercial leader
- •Proven track record in driving sales capabilities
- •Experience in leading or working with Field force teams
- •Commercial experience in the German off trade market
- •Fluency in English and German

- •Set and drive the mid to long-term commercial agenda in the Off-trade channel in Germany
- •Deliver financial and strategic growth targets across customers in this channel
- •Build a world-class sales team
- •Attract, retain, and develop top commercial talent in the industry
- •Nurture empowered teams with a growth and ownership mindset
- •Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes excellence and accountability
- •Develop commercial capabilities to ensure long-term success
- •Share insights and knowledge as a key member of the Commercial Leadership Team
- •Build and maintain a network outside the Germany Commercial organization
- •Represent customer voices in internal discussions about pipeline and portfolio choices
- •Manage the strategic ownership of the Germany Off Trade business unit
- •Accountable for direct P&L and delivery against commercial strategy and key metrics
- •Enhance business operations and explore new development opportunities
- •Deliver consistent business briefings to local senior management
- •Address issues to meet and surpass financial and growth goals
- •Steer the long-term Revenue Growth Management agenda
- •Optimize product availability and price and promo mix for revenue growth
- •Clarify the role of each customer in achieving long-term objectives
- •Accelerate existing business and identify future growth sources
- •Present regular business updates to local senior management
- •Support teams in annual negotiations and joint business planning
- •Craft joint business plans linked to conditions for growth
- •Ensure excellent sales execution in-store with Key Account and Field force teams
- •Foster strong relationships with the International Team
- •Develop and drive a long-term trade strategy across German customers
- •Differentiate and invest across customers to drive growth
- •Build strong networks with trade customers at senior management level
