- •Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship building skills
- •Proven leadership capability
- •Self-starting, resilient, agile, and competitive approach
- •Highly structured approach with strong administrative rigor
- •Willingness to travel 40-60% of the time
- •Fluency in German and English, written and spoken

- •Sell the history and heritage of the portfolio confidently
- •Build relationships with key influencers in the gastronomy scene
- •Engage decision makers across the On Trade network

- •Drive awareness and brand passion
- •Set performance benchmarks for distribution excellence
- •Manage team performance in line with Diageo standards
- •Oversee third-party service delivery end to end
- •Ensure high-quality briefings and budget adherence
- •Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with partners
- •Establish effective communication flows and meeting structures
- •Partner with Commercial Transformation to manage risks
- •Support governance and run performance reviews with partners
- •Provide input for leadership updates as needed
