Anforderungen

  • 15+ years leadership experience, ideally B2B, food service, FMCG, or hospitality
  • Proven track record in general management, commercial leadership, or managing director roles
  • Experience managing complex, multi-country businesses
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, operations, and P&L management
  • Experience leading business transformation and growth initiatives
  • Passion for food, customers, and food service industry
  • Commercial and business acumen, deep industry understanding, competitive environment knowledge, clear company vision, proven ability to drive growth and profitability
  • Pattern recognition and systemic thinking, ability to see linkages beyond silos, anticipate actions, end-to-end thinking for business growth
  • Adaptability and resilience, capacity to test, reflect, and change; manages paradoxes; persistent through challenges and changes

Aufgaben

  • Lead UFS business end-to-end for Germany and DACH
  • Translate global and regional priorities into local execution plans
  • Own in-year P&L and performance for Germany and DACH
  • Lead integrated sales, demand, and supply planning for DACH
  • Develop and execute long-term UFS DACH business strategy
  • Foster a performance culture and build talent
  • Identify and attract the right talent for DACH
  • Prioritize and allocate resources for DACH initiatives
  • Identify new growth opportunities and optimize performance
  • Provide leadership and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Leverage digital technology to enhance reach and penetration
