- Partner relationship support for acquisition, retention, up-sell
- Openness to using and incorporating AI
Aufgaben
- Manage 150+ customer relationships
- Understand customer goals
- Align customers with necessary resources
- Partner with internal teams on onboarding, up-sell, and renewals
- Help customers fully adopt the HubSpot platform
- Conduct 4-5 daily deep-dive meetings
- Review customer progress
- Make strategic and tactical recommendations
- Inform customers about new HubSpot features
- Address customer inquiries on invoices and software
- Identify and qualify customer expansion opportunities
- Drive customer retention and growth
- Understand customer technical roadblocks
- Recommend HubSpot solutions and integrations
