Anforderungen
- 4+ years government property management and accountability
- Experience managing, drawing, maintaining, or accounting for APS or Army Equipment inventory
- Experience with DST, Installation Property Book and Inventory List management, DD1149 processing, and DD1428 or disposal processing
- Database management using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and PGI regulations and government installation property
- Knowledge of logistics and asset visibility operations
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years OCONUS Government property and APS Equipment
- Experience working through contracts with multiple stakeholders, including QC and Safety Standards
- Experience with Knowledge Management Processes and Data Analytic Applications
- Knowledge of New Equipment Fielding (NEF) and New Equipment Training (NET) processes
- Knowledge of AESIP and Property Administrator training
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree
Aufgaben
- Collaborate and assist in asset visibility and accountability activities
- Maintain administrative duties supporting asset visibility operations
- Track and receive inventory or property
- Coordinate equipment maintenance schedules
- Document and track information in GCSS-A and DST
- Manage day-to-day logistics and operations
- Reconcile government property through inventories
- Track the lifecycle maintenance of Army equipment, installation property, and GFE
- Explore process improvements in property administration, maintenance tracking, and APS readiness
- Complete miscellaneous tasks to support the mission
- Facilitate or participate in customer meetings or conference calls
- Develop innovative solutions to logistics and maintenance problems
