- 3+ years government property management and accountability
- Experience with Decision Support Tool (DST), Installation Property Book and Inventory List management, DD1149 processing, or disposal processing
- Database management using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, PGI regulations, and government installation property
- Independent work and effective stakeholder interaction

- Knowledge of New Equipment Fielding (NEF) and Training (NET) processes
- Knowledge of Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) and Property Administrator training
- Ability to gather, consolidate, organize, deconflict, and manage requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- TS/SCI clearance
- Eligibility for classified information access
