- Collaborate with intelligence leaders, subject matter experts, and training officers
- Design realistic and relevant training scenarios
- Create detailed intelligence training and exercise plans
- Incorporate intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination into plans
- Incorporate operational integration into plans
- Lead integration of intelligence capabilities into joint and multi-domain training
- Lead integration of intelligence objectives into joint and multi-domain training
- Evaluate intelligence training and exercise performance
- Identify strengths and areas for improvement in training
- Recommend adjustments for future training iterations
- Coordinate with internal and external partners for training and exercises
- Liaise with internal and external partners for training and exercises
- Develop intelligence-related training materials
- Deliver intelligence-related training materials
- Develop intelligence-related briefings

- Provide support to Regional Command-East (RC-E) Intel & Ops missions
- Provide mentorship to Senior Intel Commanders/SIOs on intelligence planning quality
- Provide mentorship to Senior Intel Commanders/SIOs on intelligence analysis quality
- Provide mentorship to Senior Intel Commanders/SIOs on intelligence operations quality
- Provide mentorship to Senior Intel Commanders/SIOs on intelligence execution quality
- Provide IWfF inputs to USAREUR-AF, MN, and NATO exercises
- Advise on best practices for exercise design
- Advise on best practices for intelligence architecture
- Advise on best practices for manning
- Support Commanders and staff with intelligence integration in MN and NATO exercises
- Promote effective intelligence support throughout exercises
