Anforderungen
- •3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise software sales
- •Experience in value-based selling based on a clear business case
- •Experience managing long sales cycles (6+ months) with multiple senior stakeholders
- •Strong sales fundamentals and application of common methodologies
- •Entrepreneurial thinking and ownership of territory, pipeline, and outcomes
- •Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and shaping processes
- •Strong executive presence and credibility in German, both verbally and in writing
- •Experience selling into industrial, procurement, or supply-chain-heavy organizations
