- Strong experience in technical sales, application engineering, or project management
- Demonstrated success influencing OEMs or major industrial customers
- Ability to build cross-functional alignment and develop partnerships
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- Knowledge of adhesives, bonding, advanced materials, and automation integration
- Additional common European languages are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Design Solutions Specialists and Project Managers
- Set team priorities and allocate resources for optimal project execution
- Drive design-in strategies with OEMs, suppliers, and key accounts to secure specifications for bonding technologies
- Manage project governance, KPIs, risk assessments, and escalations
- Ensure effective cross-functional communication for successful project execution
- Maintain visibility of the design-in and project pipeline with accurate CRM documentation
- Contribute to digital and automation programs to enhance customer implementation
- Develop partnerships with stakeholders in the automation ecosystem
- Increase automation fluency of the salesforce through targeted training and enablement
