Aufgaben
- Serve as a core member of the integration management office
- Design and manage commercial integration of acquired businesses
- Align integration with strategy, values, and deal thesis
- Develop and execute detailed project plans
- Oversee key operational transformations
- Contribute to realizing the full potential of transactions
- Establish go-to-market integration strategies with business sponsors
- Operationalize and realize identified deal synergies
- Define key value drivers and KPIs
- Set integration priorities and operational initiatives
- Track initiative success against defined targets
- Collaborate with business teams and functional leaders
- Identify risks and mitigation plans for business results
- Prepare and present progress reports to executive leadership
- Capture lessons learned to improve the M&A playbook
- Support ad-hoc projects and analyses as required
