- Very strong expertise in company valuation, financial modelling, due diligence, and common valuation methods (DCF, multiples)
- Extensive experience managing full M&A processes from identification to closing
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills for business cases, decision papers, and market analyses
- Structured, independent, and precise work manner in complex, multinational projects
- Confident handling of data, KPIs, and reporting structures
- High competence in internal and external stakeholder management
- Coordination of cross-functional teams and collaboration with advisors
- Ideal experience in post-merger management or working with PMI teams
- Strong hands-on mentality and high commitment
- Willingness to take responsibility in projects
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Very good written and spoken English
- Additional languages are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Lead national and international M&A projects
- Manage the entire transaction process
- Coordinate internal and external resources
- Serve as the central point of contact for executive management
- Collaborate with operational managers in the M&A process
- Maintain relationships with target company owners and advisors
- Organize and execute due diligence processes
- Prepare and validate business plans and financial models
- Conduct company valuations
- Analyse transaction impact on group KPIs
- Negotiate transaction documents
- Lead the negotiation team
- Support the development of the M&A strategy
- Build and develop the deal pipeline
- Evaluate M&A projects
